Onsite Program Manager/ Delivery Manager Location:- Saint Louis, MODirect Hire / Full TimeRequirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or master’s in science, Computer Application5 plus years of Service Delivery Management experience managing multiple projects and people in an offshore-onshore modelMust have a technical background with prior software development experience using Microsoft .NET technologies OR Java and Oracle/SQL and Managing Cloud migration of legacy technologies.15 plus years of experience in various roles in the IT services industryExperience in a leading team with multiple roles and excellent people management skillsExperience in tools such as JIRA, Service Now, Aha!Strong familiarity with the SDLC and Agile project management methodologyAbility to efficiently allocate resources to meet client demandsFamiliarity with Project Management Tools such as JIRAUnderstanding of scope requirements on a particular engagementFlexible during times of changeInterested and able to learn coding languages as neededDetailed knowledge of modern software development lifecycles including CI / CDExperience writing and analyzing very high-quality code that is robust and easy to maintainPrior experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex, production softwareMust have prior experience in Onshore-Offshore (India location) coordination and handling both onshore and offshore teamManaged projects of different nature like production support, development, maintenance, testing, etc.Must have experience in customer-facing project management and team leadershipStrong organizational skills are required to be able to balance multiple project priorities and statements of work, performance presentations, and lead project teamsScrum Master Certification/Scaled Agile Certification/PMP is a strong plusAbility to evaluate risks and define approaches for managing project risks
