This will include identifying and evaluating tools and resources that will streamline the process.- Will ensure the 3 year strategy for each alliance partner is completed, maintained and aligned to the goals of the Alliances team.- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to outline plans for expansion of Alliances. This will include thorough SWOT analyses for potential Alliance partners identified by leadership team and steering committee.- Identify gaps and develop action plans to drive ownership of the Alliances playbook to include; competitive insights, market analysis, future trends and opportunities for future innovation.- Identify reliable and trustworthy data sources for market and competitive insights- Effectively gather and communicate predictive information related to our alliances as well as trends that could impact our business- Leverage industry and internal resources and contacts to capture insights- Research & recommend tools that will enable quick and consistent upkeep of playbook- Develop process to streamline data gathering and analysis- Lead the creation of templates and presentations for Alliance Management team- Conduct deep dives as instructed by Alliance Management team to assist with further extracting value from our partners and delivering against Charters strategic objectives.- Partners with Business Development, Launch Management, Mobile Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Offer Management and Insights teams among others to deliver against outcomes.- Effectively communicates project expectations, timelines, milestones and deliverables in a timely and clear fashion.- Understands and participates in the creation of business cases.- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.Deliverables- Research and recommend tools- Upkeep of playbook- Develop process to streamline data gathering and analysis- Lead the creation of templatesAcceptance CriteriaResource MUST be local to the St Louis area.Regards,Gavin
