Yoh is seeking a

Data Engineer for our Agriculture client in Saint Louis, MO. This is a long-term contract engagement. You will be joining a team that works collaboratively with other internal teams to translate business needs into solutions. This is a great role for someone who is a creative mind and a good team player. Sorry no C2C.

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain reliable Python code
Collaborate with other teams to understand end-user requirements
Translate peer teams' requirements into pragmatic and effective technical designs

Enable creative scalable engineering solutions for data gathering and integration for structured and unstructured data sets
Continuously improve and maintain code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and code reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Data Science, Computer Science or Related Field
Minimum of 3 years' experience with building and deploying software
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Python
Minimum of 3 years' experience building ETL pipelines via relational databases & SQL
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Experience with geospatial data is required
