The Financial Planning and Analysis group is responsible for providing management with analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to focus on the way we deliver to our business partners which requires we have proper attention on controls, optimization of our forecasting processes and tools, and transformation efforts across Citi Finance.Responsibilities:
Improve the accuracy, agility and control of forecasting processes by completing and optimizing the model forecast library and inventory for all Global Wealth Management (GWM) businesses
Monitor and develop an End User Computing (EUC) library / inventory for GWM and lead the remediation efforts across EUCs for Wealth
Lead and coordinate Annual and Quarterly Risk Assessment, including MCAs, and development of appropriate process controls for the GWM team
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and critical objectives are met
Act as key liaison and provide client focused support to business FP&A teams as they adopt new capabilities and implement improvements to the process.
Work closely with Model Risk Management and the GWM Finance team to ensure timely response to requests and monitoring of current Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Business Planning models as well as help coordinate the future state post model convergence
Assist the Finance Transformation efforts for GWM financial planning across key workstreams, in support of Citi-wide and Finance Transformation priorities
Help to optimize and integrate all forecasting processes across CCAR/capital planning, strategic planning, business/operating planning and outlook processes
Support implementation of firmwide planning infrastructure Transformation, in close coordination with Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) team
Define and lead tracking of key milestones and deliverables over multi-year Transformation horizon
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience, prefer experience in re-engineering / transformation and ability to leverage technology
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated presentation skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
