As a

Business Analyst you will support large business clients Lines of Service/Products Supported: Video (Traditional cable, Stream/Internet TV), Data (also called Internet, HSD, HSI), Phone - Hosted, Ported
  • Liaison between technical groups and the business, interacting and handling various groups with competing needs
  • Responsible for Requirements definition and elicitation, ensuring they are clear, concise and testable
  • Provide constructive feedback on projects
  • Independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories
  • Recognize and determine whether changes impact other systems, as well as up/downstream dependencies

Business Analysis Tools MS Visio experience a must

MS Word and Excel

Highly Organized with

superb coordination skills, facilitating and leading meetings, providing agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking and driving action items.

VP ArchiMetric (formerly known as Visual Paradigm):
  • All BA deliverables produced from ArchiMetric
  • Allows BAs to link and trace requirements end-to-end
  • Generates the requirements package (BAPD)
  • Central repository for requirements management and reusability

Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN): Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)

Salesforce ( Nice to have): Salesforce itself, Integration of SF with other systems, Eloqua Profiler, SF Knowledge Content Management, Map Anything, Data Loader, SF Mobile App
