Quality Assurance AssociatePay: Up to $22/hrBased on experienceSchedule: Mon-FriStart time: FlexibleEssential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ensure the execution of talent management processes including; recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee development and succession planning. Collaborates with managers/supervisors in the hiring process.

Supports the manufacturing plant by providing strategic HR counsel and driving the company’s HR practices.

Communicates with staffing agencies in an attempt to place temporary staff as requested from Supervisor or Mangers. Responsible for all temporary employee issues/concerns etc., submission of timecards etc.

Administer orientation for on-boarding new employees.

Maintain personnel records, files and all documents required to meet Federal and State requirements.

Participates in the administration of wage, salary and performance evaluations as determined by the Management.

Provide recommendations and deliver training to meet company, state and federal requirements or outsource to other vendors to present.

Responsible for safety and environmental initiatives and documentation.

Manage Time Clock/HRIS/Payroll systems for employees.

Will be backup for Payroll when needed.

Administers and assist in employee benefit enrollment for new hires and for all employees annually.

Assist management and other staff members in resolution of employee concerns and issues.

Collaborate with Corporate CCL regarding employee Benefits, Leaves, ADA, Work Comp, EEOC, ERISA etc.

Will work with the management team in creating, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.

Planning and coordinating of employee events/activities.

Initiate and conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions.

Other job duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
