Incite more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

Collaborate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to add to the customer journey & experience

Lay out take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

Lead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy

Assure that the CRM plan is executed punctually and within budget

Install, inaugurate, produce, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; also spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions Requirements - Less than one year of experience

Skillful in vendor management

Experience with PPC Campaigns

PPC experience

Digital Marketing experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Google Analytics

PPC (pay per click) experience preferred

Adeptness in Google AdWords

Practical knowledge of Social Media Campaigns

SEO experience required

General familiarity with email marketing

A balanced combination of skill, management experience and initiative

An outstanding talent in branding digital brands with strong ROI

Seasoned in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site

Previous management experience

Proficient multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency

Grasp of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)

Strong knowledge in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM Innovation starts with people.®
