As the Project Manager, your primary objective is to project manage the successful on-boarding of all new clients. Being heavily client facing in the initial stages, you will be working with internal sales, technical and service delivery teams to ensure the clients experience a smooth on boarding process and will be responsible for the overall project delivery including the planning, discovery, execution, implementation whilst maintaining control and completion of specific projects. Most critical to each projects success is to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, SLA's and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Works with project stakeholders to develop project requirements, quality measures, standards, processes, cost estimates, schedules and milestones.
  • Review status of projects and budgets
  • Manage schedules and prepare status reports
  • Determine potential project barriers and identify critical path adjustments
  • Create documentation and training as needed to ensure all internal and external teams have a strong understanding of how the new program will operate
  • Gather project requirements, develop project documentation and gain approval
  • Assist quality assurance team in creating test plans and testing efforts
  • Communicate contractual project deliverables with internal teams through Jira
  • Identify potential project risks and collaborate with leadership on risk mitigation plans

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Project Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
  • Experience in managing projects where a customer is on-boarded or a service is delivered to a brand new customer
  • Proven experience managing agile projects and moving teams to agile methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA - task management/defect tracking
  • Project Management tools MS Project and Visio
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the Project Lifecycle.
  • Excellent critical thinking and independent thought
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A deep understanding of how to work with a partner to find and address their needs and wants to ensure success.
  • Experience presenting complex solutions in understandable ways
  • Experience using project management tools for meticulously organized projects
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects and knowing how to adapt between the groups
  • Experience with Project Management Software

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
