On-Site Property Manager

We are looking for an On-Site Property Manager in Kansas City, MO, who is versatile, personable, organized, upbeat, great at problem-solving, and loves working with people to oversee 141 units.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting rent and bank deposits, serving notices, placing advertisements, showing units, preparing leases, sending weekly reports, scheduling maintenance personnel and vendors, overseeing maintenance and make-readies, getting supplies, and more. Must live on-site. The compensation is competitive with potential monthly bonuses.
