About Us

KT|Black Services is currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Rear-Load Trash Truck Helper to join our team and assist our client in ensuring timely and efficient waste collection for residential customers.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the truck driver in collecting residential waste and recyclables along designated routes.

Load garbage, recyclables, and yard waste into the rear of the truck manually or using automated equipment.

Safely navigate residential areas, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Maintain cleanliness of the truck and work area.

Communicate with the driver and team to ensure efficient operations.

Report any issues with equipment, routes, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Prior experience in waste management or a similar role is a plus.
