As an Onsite Recruiter and Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for staffing which includes: recruiting, interviewing, screening and testing applicants as well as conducting orientations and maintaining personnel records and documentation. You will investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates along with processing background checks. You will also process daily attendance and weekly payroll.

Shift Hours 1st shift 9am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

- Lead staff

- Check-in personnel; assign badges

- Process Daily Production & Attendance Report spreadsheet

- Process and distribute weekly paychecks

- Recruit, screen, test, interview, and evaluate applicants for assignments

- Update and maintain personnel records

- Place candidates on temporary assignments and fill open spots in a timely manner

- Retrieve and process job orders from clients

- Conduct orientations and background checks

- Conduct investigations of any issues involving temporary associates and the client

- Perform various administrative duties (file, fax, copy, etc.)

Qualifications and Requirements

- Management / Human Recourses / Recruiting Experience

- Able to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Maintain high level of confidentiality

- High sense of urgency to meet customer demands

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, and Excel

- Onsite staffing

- Previous Industrial/warehouse experience also a plus

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
