member of the Operations team supporting data analytics, client reporting,

operational efficiency projects and problem resolution. The person hired in this role will address complex operational challenges and operate

effective operational decision-making!RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with key business personnel inanswering complex questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights

Support key Operations projects toinclude planning, requirements gathering, management, analysis, training andexecution

Gather and analyze large amounts of informationquickly and problem solve effectively

Develop, track and report on keyoperational metrics in partnership with key business leaders

Understand data management controlsand business process intelligence

Understand and translate businessrequirements into system requirements incorporating timing, contingencies andlimitations

The Lead Business Operations Analyst is a key member of the Operations team supporting data analytics, client reporting, operational efficiency projects and problem resolution.

Interface on a regular basis with the Operations leadership team to recommend solutions and efficiency projects, report out on status and business returns of existing projects and develop templates to create efficiencies within existing reporting requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree with quantitative focus

5+ years of experience in management consulting,business strategy, or operational excellence / process improvement

COMPETENCIES:Excellent attention to detail, highlyaccountable and self-motivated

Excellent analytical insight,prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Strong oral, written and interpersonalskills

Extremely well-organized and capable ofhandling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously

Experience presenting and analyzinglarge quantities of data with strong spreadsheet and database query experience(e.g. SQL)

Comfort working in fast-pacedenvironment with limited guidance

Advanced experience in Excel

Work both independently and in groups in a variety of situations requiring analytical, interpretive, evaluative and constructive thinking.
