If you are seeking an opportunity with a team that inspires growth working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.DescriptionThis position will work 5, 8 hours shift between the hours of 4pm - 2am.As a Client Services Coordinator:You willgreet and make friendly eye contact every time our hospital entry dooropens to offer individual a warm and professional acknowledgement.
You arealways offering a friendly smile, strong eye contact and an approachabledemeanor.
You are acompassionate listener.
You speak clearly,slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone in a way that clients easilyunderstand.
You willassess immediately upon arrival each client’s rare need, as well as thepet’s general condition.
You willdetermine whether an emergency arrival is a “stat” versus “standard”emergency.
You willrespond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to theappropriate team member.
You areresponsible for confirming all appointments in advance ensuring clientsreceive accurate information about preparing their pet for theappointment.
You willoffer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in acompassionate and discreet manner.
You serve asa liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of petremains by ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
