Job DescriptionAt Kindred at Home Community Care we believe better care begins at home.Kindred at Home Community Care is hiring Certified and Non Certified In Home Caregivers/Personal Care Attendants to cover the area of Jefferson City.If you hold a certification as a CNA, L1MA, CPR etc; or if you are just starting your career or if you are an experienced Caregiver just never received certificationKINDRED At Home Community Care is interested in YOUKindred at Home Community Care provides compassionate & considerate personal care with uncompromising service and understanding to our service recipients.This allows for our service recipients to remain living independently in the comfort of their own home.We are looking for Professional In Home Caregivers that are serious about providing our clients with the level of Care that is beyond all others and in return making Kindred at Home Community Care their long term employer.In Home Caregivers/Personal Care Attendants provide a wide range of services to our clients that may consist of:Personal care (bathing, toileting, transferring)

Medication reminders

Cleaning of home

Laundry

Shopping and errands

Meal preparation

Respite service

Required SkillsRequired Skills/Qualifications:At least 18 years of age

Physical ability to perform personal care tasks

Ability to read, write, understand, carry out directions, keep simple medical records and function with minimal supervision

Must have reliable transportation

Must not have a criminal conviction which bars employment

Must have no adverse record or be listed in the Nurse Aide Registry

Flexible Scheduling

$400 Sign On Bonus and once you have reached your 90 days of employment without any issues related to attendance and/or procedures, you can start referring your friends and family potentially earning

$100 for each referral that is a direct hire at KAHCC.
