DescriptionLocation: Remote; preferably near an Anthem office.Build the Possibilities. Make an extraordinary impact.Responsible for directing the development and implementation of new Social Drivers of Health (SDoH) products and modifications of existing products. Primary SDoH Focus areas currently include Employment, Housing and Food.How you will make an impact:Oversees strategy and implementation of new SDoH products or product changes/enhancements.

Reviews, analyzes and makes recommendations on rate actions for existing products.

Investigates market opportunities and effect on market for present products.

Determines customer needs and preferences through research and analysis of industry technology, current processes and other methods.

Monitors product performance and the competitive environment by benefit design, market segment and sub region.

Ensures products meet competitive and legislative needs.

Supports the development of short and long term strategic product promotions in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.

Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy.

Establishes product development policies to guide product development.

Monitors product development for compliance.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. ​

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:MBA or MPH preferred.

Community Engagement and Medicaid experience preferred.

Previous leadership experience preferred.
