Validate the assembly of tool components meet alignment, fit, hookup, adjustment, identification, and location of associated component parts, equipment and assemblies conform to tooling/engineering drawings, specifications, diagrams, documents and quality standards.

Obtain the applicable tool drawings, engineering drawing, Model Based Definition information and specifications to perform task.

Perform various tests or measurements, and verify the shop has performed tests and built tool per the applicable drawing, specifications and procedures.

Verify tool requirements using drawings, MBD, and GD&T.

Select, move and/or set up the appropriate measuring instruments. (Leica Laser Tracker)

Verify Calibration and functionality of laser tracker equipment.

Maintain measurement probes, reflectors and targets for laser tracker system.

Use laser tracker system to verify tool conformity to engineering drawing, Model Based Definition information and specifications.

Perform tool verification with Lieca Laser tracker/w T-probe and Verisurf measurement software.

Utilize Verisurf to setup, measure and report all tool specifications outlined by MBD and tool drawings.

Ensure all parts/assemblies have been assembled per the tool drawing, specification and fabrication order.

Indicate Tooling Quality Acceptance on the appropriate paperwork and/or on-line systems and process the paperwork/systems as required per appropriate procedures and policies.

Ensure that appropriate revisions of drawings, Engineering Changes, specifications and other documents are being used by the shop and inspection.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience in General Fabrication

5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

1 + years of experience demonstrating analytical and problem solving to identify critical activities and tasks within work groups

Must be willing to work any shift assigned

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis

1+ years of experience using Velocity and CMES systems

3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing

3+ years of experience in a team environment

1+ years of experience in Team Leadership (Formal/Informal)
