This can be a fully remote role, sitting anywhere within the USICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Senior Operations Analyst. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. Our services focus on enabling agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms. We are partnered with some of the world’s leading and most innovative companies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and UiPath. We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with division leadership and corporate business services to deliver improved business analytics and reporting to improve risk analysis and enable decision making.Operating in an agile environment, the Senior Operations Analyst will utilize analytical and problem-solving skills and leverage both existing ICF tools as well as new technology platforms to streamline division operations.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex business processes and define business requirements.

Translate business requirements into concise, feasible, and verifiable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Develop and update regular tracking and forecasting reports for the Division Leader, Finance Business Manager, and Operations Leader to assist with the management of business

Integrate TM1 labor data into new tools to improve portfolio performance tracking and resource management

Support Project Managers and the Project Finance Controllers by creating and maintaining project budgets and identifying financial risk

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5 or more years of experience providing financial reporting and analysis

2 or more years of experience with IBM TM1

2 or more years of experience with Deltek Costpoint

1 or more years demonstrated intermediate to advance skills with Microsoft Excel formulas and data manipulation.

1 or more years of experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams

1 or more years of experience supporting internal clients and working with senior leadership
