Sr Procurement AnalystJob ID79882Posted03-Aug-2022Service lineGWS SegmentRole typeFull-timeAreas of InterestPurchasing/ProcurementLocation(s)Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of AmericaJOB SUMMARYThe purpose of this position is to design, analyze and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesigns, generates, reviews and implements complex reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness and access.Collects and rationalizes complex data from multiple sources. Ensures data integrity and accuracy. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s).Coordinates with global souring team and peers to aggregate data align reporting.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.Acts as project lead, including supervisory and/or managerial activities, in the coordination of the procurement team to successfully complete specified projects.Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies.Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.Develops scenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow).
