Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Air Dominance (AD), MQ-25 Advanced Team in Hazelwood, MO is looking to hire a Senior Weapons Technical Integrator (Level 4/5) to lead the conceptual design, studies, requirements shaping, architecture, integration, and maturation of weapons integration into the air system.The Senior Weapons Technical Integrator will report to the MQ-25 Advanced chief engineer. The successful candidate will be part of our MQ-25 Advanced Team, working across both software and hardware integration concepts aligned with our program growth strategies. The successful candidate will offer subject matter expertise (SME) across one or more of the following areas:

Weapons Integration

Targeting & Sensor Integration

Kill Chains

Autonomy

Manned / Un-Manned Teaming (MUM-T)

This dynamic position will lead empowered teams in a collaborative environment with other IPTs and the US Navy customer. The MQ-25 Program is the future of autonomous aircraft carrier aviation for the US Navy!Position Responsibilities:

Leads collaborative technical execution of projects across program & capability teams

Leads technology readiness level (TRL) development and maturation plans within cost and schedule

Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements

Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture

Integrates technical parameters and assures compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces

Provides interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle-balanced system of systems solutions

Resolves cross-functional technical issues

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs.This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance . (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering

5+ years’ experience with Air Vehicle Systems

Experience with systems engineering and integration of complex systems

5+ years’ experience leading or managing multi-disciplined technical teams

Held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years’ experience with software utilized on air vehicle, avionics, weapons or mission systems

2+ years’ engineering experience with aircraft, missile, spacecraft, autonomous platform or similar vehicles

2+ years’ experience with developing, documenting and maintaining complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, software-to-hardware interfaces and designs for systems

2+ years’ experience in weapons targeting and integration, and cooperative tactical operations

Experience in Level of Rigor (LOR) or Design Assurance Level (DAL) certification

Typical Education/Experience:Senior (Level 4)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Senior (Level 5)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience).
