Join our amazing team as a Systems Administrator. As a Systems Administrator, you recommend, develop, implement and administer systems software, hardware, and applications software in cloud-based and on-premise environments. This position works at our Home Office in Columbia, MO. Characteristic Duties

  • Administer existing systems to ensure structural integrity and promote automation practices; including availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement cloud-based and on-premise applications, infrastructures, and software components required to meet the business’s needs.
  • Collaborate with and support company and agency personnel; including application & infrastructure design, problem resolution, documentation development, and mentoring of technologies in cloud-based and on-premise environments.
  • Use analytics, customer feedback, and other best practices to monitor the effectiveness of processes and solutions for continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience administering Windows & Linux-based environments in cloud-based and on-premise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to be both self-organized and work on a highly collaborative team.
  • Ability to mentor service desk staff and provide technical support to customers.
  • Ability to understand the need for software engineering practices in operations, change management and problem resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the P/C Insurance industry.
  • Previous experience with Amazon Web Services, ServiceNow, Powershell, Microsoft Active Directory administration, Group Policy.
