Product Owner

Experis is seeking a Product Owner on behalf of a company in Meridian, ID! This will start as a 12 month contract and will allow remote. This person will be responsible for managing the software development lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Collaborates with customers and other teams to leverage Agile methodologies.Serves as liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and leadership in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met, solutions are delivered, and sprint goals are achieved. Manages stakeholder’s expectations regarding target scope, schedule, and budget. Facilitates sprint, horizon planning, sprint demo, and iteration meetings. Participates in Agile communities and building functional base of practice and understanding across stakeholders and business units. Monitors the progress of the sprint and project deliverables with active action to resolve impediments and roadblocks. Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time quality, and budget constraints. Manages Agile development tracking systems and tools. Writes “user stories”/”user cases” and acceptance criteria. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.3 years’ product management, business analyst, system analyst, project manager, agile, or relevant experienceEducation: Must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience International Degree equivalency Applicable certification(s) as defined by the leader + 2 years additional experience Associate’s Degree + 2 years additional experience

(Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
