We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US. ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. We are partnered with some of the world’s leading and most innovative companies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft and UiPath. We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics and O&M for our customers. We are seeking a Senior GIS Application Developer to be responsible for porting 24 ArcGIS Desktop applications to ArcGIS Pro before Esri retires ArcMap . You will maintain and enhance multiple applications of varying levels of complexity that utilize Esri ArcGIS software on Windows. Applications are written in C# and interact with SDE and with non-spatial data in Oracle (19c) database. Basic Qualifications:Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance per Federal contract requirement
5+ years proven experience developing ArcGIS Pro add-ins
5+ years of experience developing ArcGIS Desktop extensions
Understanding of ArcGIS 10.x ArcObjects library and ArcGIS Pro SDK
Experience with source control management software, preferably GitHub
Experience with the following:
C#
WPF
SQL
.NET (3.x and up)
GitHub
Oracle, Oracle Spatial, Postgres and PostGIS databases
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AWS environment
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile (SAFe)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with:
ArcGIS Python APIs
PL/SQL
ArcGIS Server REST services
ArcGIS API for JavaScript
Safe Software FME
