HIRING COLLECTION MGR BHPH DEALERSHIP

We have a position open for a full time Collections Mgr at the biggest BHPH Dealership in Bay St Louis! The job Will have a salary and Bonus potential Experience in Consumer Collections/Pay Day Loan Mgr/Title Loan Mgr/Finance Company Collector/Rent to own Business/skip chase experience or all prior experiences that would make you eligible for this position. You will be responsible for Delinquency %, Repo %, Write off %, and daily phone calls to our customers. Our Philosophy when it comes to collections is the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Setting promise dates and holding customers accountable to their promises in a tactful, friendly, manner is a must. Currently we are running a delinquency on par w/ prime financing, and we want to keep it that way. We have very low turnover in our company. Our dealership Manager has been w/ us for 4 years and will be your direct supervisor. She used to do our collections and sales for us but due to our volume that is impossible now. She is very Knowledgeable about what we are looking for and the skills needed to be successful at the job. Skills and attributes we are looking for; integrity w/ all aspects of communication, punctual, friendly, team player, hard worker, neat, professional appearance, organized, empathy, conflict avoidance skills, looks for win win outcome in decision making. The job is a 9-5:30 M-F job one week then rotates to a Tues-Fri 9-5:30 & Sat 9-2. you rotate weeks in this manner. When you have to work Sat, it is only till 2pm. So, in essence a half day! After your first year of employment, you Qualify for a wk paid vacation. 30 min lunch M-F (I am not looking to babysit someone and don't believe in micromanaging ppl, I need a goal driven self-starter) We take our job serious but not to serious. We have awesome customers in general and the majority of our accts have purchased numerous cars from us. They understand how the system works. We are open to new ideas, but we believe in the system we have currently b/c it has been proven to work over an extended period of time COLLECTIONS ARE ABOUT CONSISTENCY AND GOOD REPORE W/ OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE DON'T BELIEVE IN THREATENING AND INTIMIDATION TO RECIEVE PAYMENTS.
