The Big Task

Provide customer service, Nexstar and technical training.

Follow and encourage all team members to adhere to Bonfe processes and structure.

Maintain daily numbers and performance logs.

Participate in the On-Call rotation.

Review prior day’s numbers.

Participate in the daily Operations huddle.

Identify and implement coaching plans as needed.

Conduct Quarterly Conversations.

Participate in the recruiting, hiring and disciplinary processes.

Knowledge & Skills

Drain and sewer knowledge is required.

Some management experience is preferred.

A current MN plumbing license is preferred.

Understanding of project management principles.

Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.

Must be extremely organized, highly motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Ability to react to change productively and manage priorities.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and tactical skills.

Must be able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Great analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional service orientation.

Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
