The Finance Transformation Team help to accelerate impact and instill confidence to support our global finance stakeholders while achieving limitless scale and complete resiliency.The Change Management Team is responsible for ensuring that the people impacted by a change are successful with changes such as business transformation initiatives, business process improvements, new tools, system implementations, and other initiatives that impact the people side of change. The Change Management Lead will report to the Change Management Manager and will be responsible for supporting the design, development and delivery of change management plans including stakeholder assessments, communications plans, resistance management plans and training strategies. In addition to supporting the design and delivery of an end-to-end Change Management plan, the Change Management Lead will also be responsible for delivering Prosci Change Management training to teams across Facebook. A successful candidate will have the skillset to facilitate in-person training sessions, a desire to learn the Prosci Change Management methodology and will have effective communication skills.Required Skills: Assess, develop and make recommendations to project teams in relation to change readiness

Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change

Provide subject matter expertise on risks, issues, dependencies, and reception of change by end-users

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies

Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans

Lead and coach key stakeholders in change management strategies and activities

Identify obstacles to change and recommends corrective action

Partner with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key messages and communication materials

Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes

Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for change progress, including monitoring employee burnout from change initiatives

Establish a change management framework and drives continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of change management projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and on scope

Ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout Finance projects, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring proper overlap and communication between projects

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts or communication and 5+ years of experience leading change and communication initiatives or an MBA and a minimum of 3 years of experience

Experience with the Prosci ADKAR® Model or a similar framework

Experience managing large scale enterprise-level change initiatives, including creating an awareness campaign, delivering training, proactively managing resistance and developing a coaching plan to ensure leaders/managers are onboard with the change

Proven experience delivering customer service to project stakeholders

Communication skills

Experience creating awareness and instructional videos using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut or other video developmental tools

Preferred Qualifications: Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity

Experience thinking strategically and act operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
