Minimum Qualifications:
  • Create work plans and prioritize work at multiple levels (enterprise roadmap, product roadmap, team roadmap, product release plan);
  • Track work plans, priorities, and results to organizational mission, vision, goals, and plans;
  • Incorporate short term tactical needs into work plans as needed;
  • Understand and report on planned vs. actual work progress at multiple levels (roadmap, release plan);
  • Perform capacity management, identifying measures of team capacity and organizational capacity for work;
  • Perform demand management to understand the volume of all system development and support work required of and/or requested of the organization;
  • identify and implement best practices, standards, processes, and procedures related to enterprise planning for infrastructure and operations related work, in conjunction with the Enterprise Planning Transition Team;
  • Provide knowledge transfer.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of experience in performing project management functions for IT software development;
  • Two (2) years of experience leading Scaled Agile or Multi-team Agile Development;
  • Two (2) years of experience leading enterprise planning and management.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with large scale infrastructure projects (in excess of $1 million);
  • Experience with large scale infrastructure projects (in excess of $1 million);
  • Ability to manage quality and consistency across multiple projects in the use of project planning, scheduling, scope, and risk management, status reporting, change control, issues resolution and other project management controls and practices;
  • Project management experience across varying technologies, with an emphasis on cross-team efforts that include infrastructure and enterprise software applications;
  • Experience providing professional coaching, facilitation, and mentoring experience;
  • Experience with government agency project and portfolio management;
  • Knowledge of the Project Management industry best practices for service/systems creation and development and generally accepted standards outlined in the Project
  • Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK);
  • Ability to work with a diverse team, resolve interpersonal conflict, motivate, and develop team members, and influence stakeholders and key decision-makers.
