Retail Banking Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION The Retail Banking Supervisor will work cooperatively with the office Market President to assure a smooth and efficient workflow in Retail Banking operations. This position will assist in developing and implementing daily processes and make recommendations for process improvements. They must have exceptional customer service skills and consistently maintain a positive attitude. This person must be a team player who is supportive of the Mission, Vision, and Values of Falcon National Bank. They must provide outstanding customer service to proactively sell the bank s products and services to ensure individual and bank goals are met. The Retail Banking Supervisor must always maintain a favorable image of the bank by conducting themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
