Kelly Services is seeking experience mortgage professionals for Closing Funder positions with our global banking client in Richfield, MN. These are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm schedules paying $16.64/hr. to start with perks available in the first 30 days. Temp to hire positions with possible increase at hire.Positions will be work from home until further notice. Candidates MUST live within a commutable distance to this location for consideration.Job DescriptionAssist the Loan Documentation Specialists with funding loans daily. Administration of mortgage lending facilities, rollover and settlements. Ensures appropriate and accurate completion of security documents. Works closely with title companies to obtain and review final approval and funding docs for disbursement approval.
