Genesis10 is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract position with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Work may be remote to start.

Summary / Responsibilities: In this role, you will be a critical member of the team building and managing Client's enterprise integration and defining our API products teams will use. As a member of the agile product team, you'll be expected to evaluate the current tooling and integration, work with the product manager and the rest of the team to define the customer problem, and come up with and implement a solution. Knowledge on how to work in a collaborative environment with multiple levels of technical ability is a must. As a part of this team, you will be involved in pair programming daily as well as following best practices such as test-driven development. This team is fully responsible for defining the product, designing the product, building the product, and maintaining the product.

Qualifications:
  • Java
  • JavaScript (React preferred)
  • Experience with designing and building APIs
  • BS/MS in computer science or engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and web oriented architectures
  • Understanding of agile and product practices
  • API Gateways
  • ReactJS
  • Docker
  • Microservice architecture
  • Collaborating with downstream consumers and upstream providers to establish sound API contracts
  • Pair Programming (Social skills)
  • Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Infrastructure Automation (Jenkins in particular)
  • Experience with testing frameworks
