Weekend (Days) Security Guard (St Paul)

Immediate opening for a Security Guard to work 10 am-6 pm Saturdays and Sundays in downtown St. Paul at a high rise condominium complex. Very pleasant environment.

Responsibilities include keeping written records of activity, patrolling property on foot briefly, reporting maintenance issues, monitoring cameras, receiving packages, and assisting residents. There is time for reading/studying. Much of our work is done on a computer. Applicants must be comfortable maneuvering through a website, keyboarding, and using a smart phone.

Applicants must have a clean criminal background, their own vehicle, smart phone, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to write and speak English fluently.

Writing skills are important in our Activity Reports, maintenance requests and other communication. We look for an ability to write clearly, grammatically and accurately in your response. Experience in security is not necessary.

Applicants must be able to work consistently every weekend. We are not able to provide frequent days off. More hours may become available but we cannot guarantee that at this time.

We are also looking for a candidate that can commit to staying in this position a minimum of 8 months.
