The G10 Associates Program is seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Jr. Project Manager!

Program Summary: The G10 Associates Program is an innovative training and mentorship program designed to launch the careers of recent college graduates. We work with you to align you to a client opportunity that matches up with your background and gives you the opportunity to grow your career. All G10 Associates will complete one week of classroom training to prepare for the diverse challenges you will face in your role. Throughout your time as an Associate, you will receive ongoing support through a mentor who will help you to transition into your new career in technology.

Job Description: Jr. Project Managers are responsible for managing the project budget, timeline, and resources, to ensure successful completion of projects. You will work directly with a project team supporting the implementation of technology solutions. Jr. Project Managers are also responsible for forecasting project cost and resource needs, tracking and reporting on project status, documenting project issues and risks, and communicating project direction.

Required Experience/Attributes:

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
• Ability to lead a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable presenting information
• Knowledge of basic financials
• Self-starting with a strong work ethic
• Professional demeanor
• Unlimited work authorization?

Additional Desired Experience (

not required):

• 3+ months of corporate work/internship experience
• Understanding of Agile/Waterfall Methodologies
• MS Project
