Staying up to date and ahead of the social media marketing trends and implementing those strategies

Maintain accurate, up to date online profiles on lead partners and general listings

Improve brand reputation by harvesting reviews and surveys from customers

Create and implement a social media content strategy

Manage ads, budget, and spend

Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance

Prepare online newsletters, magazine articles, and blogs for our website and social media

Create content for both internal and external usage

Manage our Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok, Google My Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other Social Media channels

2 + videos per week on social channelsRecruiter Responsibilities

Use traditional and nontraditional sourcing methods to attract talent by cold calling, utilizing the internet, networking, and social media.

Maintenance of job postings for open positions.

Ensuring that job postings have been reviewed, replied to, or contacted on a daily/weekly basis

Setting interviews, and phone screening all applicants.

Actively search for potential applicants and reach out to individuals as needed.Qualifications:

Perfect for a College student who is studying marketing or has recently graduated

Naturally motivated

Experience using analytical software

Multi-tasking and time management skills

Experience in photography and videography

Professional and strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to get on roofs safely to get content

Have a valid driver’s license
