HIRING NOW: ➤Crew Member Grounds Maintenance (St. Paul, Shakopee, Crystal): $15-19/hr

Operate, in a safe and efficient manner, all walk-behind mowers, push mowers, string line trimmers, power edgers, backpack blowers, sickle mowers, and other assorted grounds maintenance equipment as assigned.

Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and lift 50 lbs. individually and 80 lbs. with assistance for a variety of tasks, including: pull weeds in flower beds, shrub beds, pick up trash, and other general grounds maintenance tasks as assigned per customer site.

Collect leaves/grass clippings and place into the back of a truck or trailer, load and unload small mowing equipment into a truck or trailer, lifting and mowing various obstacles in the turf areas, and lifting and carrying weed whips and backpack blowers.

Ability to complete assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.

Ability to work well with others and consistently report to work on time. We have a lot to offer our employees . . .
