HIRING - BARISTAS (All Locations) (Minneapolis & St. Paul)

Spyhouse Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated and friendly barista to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis! Barista experience is a plus.

This position requires someone with an excellent work ethic and someone who desires to be a part of a team that has fun while still being productive and professional. Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to quality expected. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, collaborative, punctual, hard-working, and has great customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and company standards

Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Follow health, safety, and COVID-19 guidelines

Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Stock coffee, tea, and bakery items as needed

Clean coffee bar and equipment and perform daily maintenance, as needed

Qualifications

Barista experience is plus

Food and beverage experience preferred

Customer service experience

Great attendance record

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Strong interpersonal skills

Desire to hone barista skills
