Position: Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include: Serving clients by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Maintaining client accounts by processing customer adjustments. Attracting potential clients by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's issues; determining the cause of the problem. Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Requirements Qualifications: Proven customer service experience in a financial services setting. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel in particular). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred. The pay range for this position is $18-$22/hour and we offer a comprehensive benefit package, along with a great team environment.
