Department Overview Salesforce's Alliances & Channels (A&C) AI Solutions Team is designed to act as co-pilots to our key partners in the AI space. There are two main functions of the team. 1 - Assessment & Evangelization: Deeply understanding the partner AI solution / use case landscape. Sharing a compelling Salesforce AI story to our partner ecosystem, capturing partner mindshare, and driving integration of Salesforce technology into partner use cases. Collaborating closely with our AI product organization on solution development to ensure alignment between Product and partner (i.e provide visibility into product roadmap). 2 - Solution Co-Creation: Providing technical expertise for Salesforce AI products and solutions to the partner ecosystem, supporting our Global System Integrators (GSIs) on actionable AI activities. Co-creating & delivering packaged AI solutions, thought leadership and scalable resources such as demo assets, holodecks, technical reference architectures, customer stories to drive sales growth. Driving the Go To Market (GTM) activation of the solutions across Sales, A&C, and Professional Services of the established solutions. Role Description Salesforce is seeking AI Solution Manager to join our A&C AI Solutions team, working closely with the Channel Architects. The AI Solutions Manager serves as the primary AI touch point engaging with our company's largest, most complex partners in a collaborative effort to co-develop AI solutions to meet customer needs. They know Salesforce's AI + Data + CRM products and platform, the designated partner's strategy and capabilities, and align the two to create new customer use cases. Solution Managers activate the Salesforce team - across A&C and the Product organization - and partner stakeholders to identify, design, and develop solutions. They build a partner/Salesforce AI plan that complements the broader Salesforce AI roadmap. Through strong collaboration with the Product organization, they know the AI "white space" and influence partners to focus in those areas. Solution Managers are highly effective at planning, prioritization, resource allocation, relationship management, influencing, and driving results. They understand the market opportunity and drive prioritization within the designated partners. They demonstrate strong communication skills and have the ability to engage with mid-management to the senior executive level and become a trusted advisor to the partner. Their project management expertise and collaboration skills drive solution design and Go To Market (GTM) activation. This role calls for strong, proactive Solution Managers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love working with the best technology te m in the world. Your Impact Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed partner needs. Build relationships with key collaborators both internally and externally with partners. Act as the primary AI A&C point of contact with assigned partners, establishing trust and influence. Deeply understand the partner offering and roadmap in the AI space. Based on that, create the co-development vision, strategy, and roadmap with the partner. Know the Salesforce AI+Data+CRM roadmap and the market opportunity. Proactively inform the partner, and adjust co-development priorities as needed. Facilitate ideation sessions with partner to fill "white space" and create in-demand customer use cases. Work cross-functionally and within the team to execute the plan, quickly addressing issues with strong mitigation plans. Keep all stakeholders informed of your vision and plan. Develop opportunities for the partner to engage with Salesforce Professional Services to create co-delivery opportunities. Thrive in ambiguity and constant change, while staying steadfast in the Salesforce/partner plan - "be the calm in the storm". Fuel our internal growth by identifying, leading or contributing to internal pivotal initiatives, such as innovations, building up a strategic brand, and nurture teammates' skills by sharing knowledge. Support enablement and deal based pre-sales activities where required to position Partner AI solutions with Salesforce sales teams and Professional Services. Monitor co-development solutions success in market, collaborate with partner to adjust when needed, and continuously invent new use cases. Contribute to broader goals by becoming a citizen philanthropist and give back to our communities by joining or leading volunteering activities. Minimum Requirements 4+ years of product management experience, including data-oriented, analytics, SaaS & B2B products. Experience delivering successful SaaS products. Understanding the technical architecture of highly scalable web applications and/or SAAS products. Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence in its myriad of flavors. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate optimally with various stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Excellent project management experience including ability to create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. Strong relationship management, influencing, and driving to success skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives. Ability to bring together diverse individuals to achieve a common goal, overcome hurdles, and get results. Experience in taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch. Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams at a technology company over multiple product releases. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on partner needs. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
