Job description: ServiceNow Admin Minneapolis, MN Long Term Job Overview Separate Change records between 4 instances of ServiceNOW must be created, updated, maintained and closed manually. This process is known as Change "swiveling". This person will login to OE ServiceNOW, monitor a queue (view) for Change/Tasks assigned to them and then create a new corresponding Change Record into another instance of ServiceNOW. These "swiveled" changes will also need to be monitored for completion and updates will need to be applied to the "source" OE Change. Responsibilities and Duties Login to 4 instances of ServiceNOW at the same time to manually maintain a synchronicity between changes. Follow several sets of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to perform this work. Respond within 24 hour OLA to maintain updates (create, update, close) between changes. Copy and paste all Change/Task field values and attachments between instances. Respond to Customer emails and meeting invitations in a timely manner. Meet with the Process Owner to discuss performance and improvement measures. Manage a volume of roughly 50 changes per month from 2 Customers/OEs. Qualifications This work requires: o Basic level of familiarity with IT systems, ITIL Process Foundation & ServiceNOW. o Comfort with repetitive work. o Reliability, consistency and attention to detail. o Critical thinking, decision making and documentation skills.
