• 3+ years related work experience managing IT focused project

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets

• Experience leading systems or process implementations, and/or systems upgrades, to a successful conclusion.
• Experience with implementing SaaS solutions desired.
• Familiarity with projectmanagement software, such as Microsoft Project, Azure Boards or Smartsheets.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize/execute tasks in high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated ability in defining complex business problems and working with business partners to identify possible solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology in solving business problems.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
• Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives and ability to relate those to technology solutions.
• Effective working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to multi-task, managing more than one project
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stake holders.
