Description An unique and innovative technology company in Minneapolis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to start right away!The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level candidate and customer experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization . This will include system support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure the highest level of candidate experience.Primary Responsibilitieso Responsible for driving a positive & consistent interview process for candidates and hiring managers, through complex interview scheduling and coordination. Interview scheduling includes phone, videoconferencing through Microsoft Teams, onsite interview coordination & candidate interaction, and travel coordination (when needed). o Support multiple Recruiters with job postings and through the interview process, which may include some in-person candidate interaction. o Assist the team with recruitment technology, tools, and process as neededo Special Projects: as needed lead and monitor special projects throughout the year that are critical to businesso As needed, source and review resumes, as well as screen applicants/candidateso As needed, prepare and distribute metrics reportingo Partner with peer coordinators and across HR to drive effective & efficient recruitment processes and experiences. Key Performance Indicatorso Current & accurate data on all metrics and ATS entries; from open req to hire of new employeeo Team Collaboration: ability to effectively work cross-functionallyo Candidate and internal client experience survey results; increased customer (candidate and client) experiencesRequirements Position Requirementso 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resource (HR); exposure to recruiting function desired.o Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities o Experience with calendar scheduling in Microsoft Outlooko Comfortable learning & teaching new technology; applicant tracking system exposure preferred (Workday is a plus)o Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Access), HTML preferred.o Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communicationo Being an ambassador in the candidate experienceo Strong attention to detailo Must possess the ability to multi-task frequentlyo Ability to interact verbally & through email with multiple levels of leadership in a professional mannero Maintain confidential and sensitive informationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
