Mainframe Analyst

Cobol Mainframe Analyst:

• Previous coding background but does not need to be coding right now
• Soft skills are key – coordination, organization, facilitation, team player, good communicator, ability to juggle multiple items
• Preference to have a mainframe background, some COBOL knowledge, JCL experience
• Expectation is that people will be in the office
• The resource will have more than one project
• The resource needs to be able to hand a fast-paced and busy workload
• This position is quite unique and not a typical developer or tester position
