Description:The Technical Business Systems Analyst III sits within the Technology and Research business unit within Client and is in the Minneapolis office. In this role, you will assist with analyzing business issues, define requirements, recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues, test product functionality and support annual updates to market data sources and the implementation and configuration of newly licensed clients.

Support product team on client implementations and configuration.
Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements.
Work closely with product owner to analyze, define, model and document system requirements.
Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and keep team within timeline and budget.

Education and Experience Requirements

BA or BS within a data analytics, computer programming or computer science, statistics, or related field.
Knowledge of the health-care industry is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with gathering system requirements, analyzing data and software testing.
Advanced technical knowledge and experience working with MS Office, Azure DevOps, Tableau, SQL.
Experience working in Agile teams and framework.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and processes.
Demonstrated experience in data quality control.
Experience in end-user data-level security and product licensing configurations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
