Job description : This is a VMware VDI architect, they should have good Design knowledge from end to endVDI perspective, the below knowledge is must at least from VMware Horizon
  • VMware identity manager,
  • UAG
  • Connection servers
  • Different use cases with respective Full clone, Instant Clones and Linked Clones
  • Dynamic Environment Manager
  • Appvolume manager
  • Different DB deployments scenarios
  • Different types of storage technologies
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Wintel Engineer/Architect with an outstanding track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Current certifications with Cisco, Citrix & Microsoft required
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model
  • 6+ years’ experience in architecting, designing, migrating, troubleshooting, and implementing Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer technologies.
  • 2+ years’ experience in performing configuration, testing and implementation of Citrix NetScaler HA and LB
  • 10+ years of Network, Storage and Infrastructure (Data Center, etc.) experience.
  • Ability to optimize infrastructure and troubleshoot at all 7 layers of OSI model
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • A strong understanding of leading manufactures routing and switching architecture; and experience with storage and virtualization products from leading manufactures.Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Converged Infrastructure concepts
