We believe a healthy work-life balance is paramount to the success of our team.ROLES + RESPONSIBILIES:

A hybrid role combining Sales Operations, Business Development (Sales), and Marketing.

Sales Operations

Identify critical issues impacting operations and sales strategy including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends.

Facilitate sharing of reports and data with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments.

Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance with lead and opportunity scoring.

Evaluate processes, programs, and systems to increase revenue, generate leads, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Establish standards for data hygiene and implement processes to govern data hygiene.

Support Sales, Customer Success leaders, and Finance on pipeline and forecasting.

Oversee administration of company's CRM and help drive adoption of multiple enterprise business tools.

Oversee administration of company's sales enablement tools and help drive training and adoption.

Business Development

Identify and research potential clients through clean lists with complete contact information.

Generate sales campaigns and sequences targeting prospects to furnish MQL/SQL to the sales team.

Work with vendors to procure lead lists, cleanse the data and drive lead generation activities.

Coordinate with sales teams to develop beneficial pitches, presentations, sequences, and campaigns.

Gather and analyze information from customer engagement data on web, social, and content.

Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.

Marketing

Conducting research on consumer behavior and demographics.

Analyzing and interpreting collected data with statistical software.

Creating and assessing new ways to collect data, including surveys.

Converting data into visuals and presenting findings to management.

Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives.

Keep abreast of digital trends and best practices across digital media, CMR, and offline.

This role must have:

Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals.

Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to change.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: High level knowledge of these items:

IT and Cyber Security Managed Services

Datacenter infrastructure (Servers, storage, networking, data protection)

IT Security products

Private, Hybrid, and public cloud solutions

Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, and Dell EMC knowledge

Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven history of performance and achievements.

Dedication to customer and employee satisfaction and getting it right the first time.

Demonstrated ability to improve processes by utilizing data and reporting.

Strong trouble-shooting skills across a broad software toolset.

Demonstrated ability to proactively look for process improvement opportunities, challenge conventional practices, and adopt new methods and best practices.

Focus on continuous self-improvement and practice self-awareness.

Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly and concisely present issues, alternatives, and recommendation(s).

Strong technical documentation skills, ability to clearly record key information within ticketing and knowledge base systems.

Ability to implement, administer and manage software applications.

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, aggressive targets, and deadlines.

Demonstrated understanding of priorities and effective work procedures, self-manage work time and prioritize multiple tasks and problems.

EDUCATION + CERTIFICATIONS:The successful candidate will hold:

Proven sales operations experience – 4-6 years of relevant experience

Experience with CRM tools – ConnectWise, HubSpot, Salesforce

Experience with Sales Enablement tools – Outreach, SalesLoft, Seismic, Brainshark, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Etc.

Minimum technical degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Sales platform certifications – certified administration.
