Customer Support Representative

Requirements:

2 Years of Call Center/Customer Service experience

2 Years experience working with Microsoft Office

Preferred Financial/Banking experience

Details:

Start Date is November 2nd 2020

Flex Shift between 8am and 6:30pm (40 Hour weeks)

M-Sa Shifts

6 Week training from 8:30-4:30, M-F.

These openings will be In-Office in Lake Elmo

Job duties:Take 60-80 incoming calls each day from clients while delivering excellent customer servicePhone Bankers must be able to demonstrate care and commitment to our clients and take action to resolve their needs.Identify customer's financial objectives and offer products and services to meet these needs in a way that builds trust and confidence with our clients.Responsible for making outbound survey calls to current clients.All Phone Banker activities, including breaks and lunches, are scheduled in order to appropriately manage incoming calls.Phone Bankers are held accountable to achieve high quality and efficiency. Computer and technical aptitude is an absolute must.Navigate through computer system as well as multitask between 2 screens; referrals/up-selling; handling multiple calls.About Aerotek:Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
