Job Overview

Team members use a variety of tools and equipment tomanufacture and / or disassemble / reassemble products in the manufacturing andrepair of electrical components

Responsibilities

Interpret work orders,production routers, BOM, product manuals and / or receive verbal instructionsregarding duties to be performed.

Operate production equipmentused in the assembly of printed circuit boards.

Manually position and aligncomponents in specified relationship to each other with or without jig, fixtureor other holding device.

Perform intermediate assemblytasks such as potting, encapsulating, conformal coating, cleaning, epoxybonding and curing of assemblies.

Ability to utilize hand toolsto perform assembly functions (ex. Screw drivers, measuring devices, adjustableend wrench, various crimping devices.

Mustbe willing to be moved into various work areas in order to meet productionrequirements or where skills best serve department and company goals

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Attached resume required

Ability to reada limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similaritiesand differences between words and between series of numbers.

Ability to readand comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, andmemos.

Ability to add, subtract,multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and decimals.

Ability toapply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved writtenor oral instructions.

The ability to quickly move yourhand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate,or assemble objects in close working proximity.

The ability to see details atclose range (within a few feet of the observer)
