Call Center Specialist

Description We are looking for a candidate interested in a two day contract with a great company. This great opportunity is a motivated Call Center Specialist! If you are a customer service professional who is passionate about helping elevate customer experiences and providing exceptional customer service, then we have a position for you. This position is responsible for understanding the needs, motivations, and emotions of customers, then applying this knowledge to strengthen customers' experiences at all touchpoints within the organization. Enters orders by transmitting information.

Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.

Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.

Improves quality results by recommending changes.

Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

Answering Inbound Calls, Call Center, Answering Inbound Calls, High Volume Call Center, Inbound Call Center, Previous Call Center, Prior Call Center, On-Call Support, Inbound Outbound Calls, Fast Paced Call Good listening and verbal skills

Strong English language skills

Multitasking skills in fast-paced environment

The ability to work independently without much direct supervision

Exhibiting patience and confidence with a diverse clientele

Knowledge of footwear preferred
