Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionAs an Area Sales Management Trainer, you will be accountable for acting as the liaison for our customers equipment program in regions that require support when Area Sales Managers (ASM) are unavailability and/or need additional support to achievement of sales objectives.Your primary function will be to drive revenue and growth by collaborating with the regional sales managers, the customer and dealers to understand their needs and provide equipment solutions from the product portfolio. This will be accomplished by educating and mentoring the ASM’s on the process of remote selling, utilizing the applicable software platform for virtual demonstrations and plan/product reviews.

Provide periodic support to regions that are underperforming through coaching and counseling for the assigned ASM

Assist ASMs in the development and execution of business plans

Provide management with monthly contact updates and activity review

In conjunction with the regional ASM, responsibilities will include:

Quote development and sales for General Service Equipment

Act as equipment and layout consultant for Service facility upgrades, new facility and Quicklane projects

Respond to dealer requests for consultation on Equipment decisions

Support sales of Diagnostics, Dealership Consumables, Service Tools, etc.

Responsible for supporting sales objectives for regional area(s) assigned

Interface with Technical Support Operations Managers, Field Service Engineers, Rotunda team members, and Dealer personnel

Interface with Regional Market Representatives, Parts & Service Operations Managers, and the parts & service teams

Responsible for post-sales processes

Establish and manage distributor relationships

Coordinate supplier contacts and develop sales presentations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related business focus or equivalent relevant experience required

10+ years of experience in automotive service background in the tool and equipment industry

Sales background with aptitude for detail and report management

Strategic Selling capabilities with the ability to train others, coach, counsel

Dealer and/or OEM relationship development experience

Ability to adapt to new regional assignments quickly

PC proficiency
