RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tech Analyst in Warren, MI.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required; Analytical based fields preferred (Math, Computers, Business, Marketing, etc.), but other fields are welcome 2+ years of hands-on work experience; Preferably in an analytical role (coursework experience will not be considered toward the 2-year minimum requirement) Business Analytics, Statistics, or Supply Chain experience a plus Prior Automotive background a plus Proficient in Excel (Use of Macros, V Lookup, etc.) Prior experience with Bill of Materials a plus Mastery of the English language; Able to read/write/communicate easily and effectively in English is vital Strong attention to detail, multitask skills, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptable to using multiple/different systems Candidate must be self-motivated and self-disciplined Data Analysis: must be able Interpret/analysis of complex equations Ability to work with Excel based Macros and other system-based tools (mainframe, Excel); Candidate will be working with Macros, but not creating Macros; Will need to be able to manipulate a spreadsheet, pivot tables, import/export data within the established Macros Candidate must have strong collaboration skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
