ProgramSpecialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and recruiting agencies. You will work closely with both parties through the contractor hiring process. You will act as the subject matter expert to direct our clients through the fulfilment process, to ensure quality talent is acquired in a timely manner. You will also….

  • Assist Hiring Managers throughout all stages of the contractor hiring process including; requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing.
  • Prepare questions for a requisition intake with the hiring managers.
  • Utilize reports to manage open requirements and advise managers on status of requirements.
  • Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating recruiting agencies.
  • Monitor performance of program to include; requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking.
  • Assist with worker assignment management (cost center changes, extension of contract assignments etc.) to improve data integrity.
  • Liaison between managers and recruiting agencies to ensure all onboarding documents are completed prior to a contractor start date.
  • Ensure all work orders are closed in the system with accurate finish reasons when notified of an end of assignment and appropriate departments are notified.
  • Assist with the collection of company assets from vendors (laptop, badges, etc.).

Qualifications

Do you have the following? Bachelor’s degree 0-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate) Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day-to-day Strong documentation, follow up, and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
