Client is looking for a Metro Detroit based Clinical Application IT Manager that can lead a small team, providing support to healthcare offices nationally. Candidates should be well versed in electronic health records across the enterprise, understand workflows, and know how to troubleshoot issues across a variety of applications.

responsibilities:

Manages application support team over clinical applications
Leads, and develops Application Support team
Supports clinical application end users
Keeps clinical applications up to date
Acts as technical consultant for business units to increase the efficiency of clinical applications
Creates, updates, and maintains documentation for the clinical applications
Creates KPIs and holds their team accountable
Creates plan for growth, technology upgrades, and investments
Manages vendor relationships
Develops and implements Application Support policies and procedures
Collaborates with executive management
Partners with Pinnacle and Grace/Comfort leadership to solve current and future problems

Experience level: Experienced
